We felt that he was qualified and he gave us some good answers on how we should proceed with the project. He called a couple of days after our initial meeting to see if we had decided on a contractor. Ben gave us information about cabinet remodel that we hadn't thought of. We were trying to complete the entire project before summer vacations started and it was simply not possible with our schedule and the scope of the work. We have decided to postpone the remodel indefinitely. We appreciated Ben's honesty about costs, timing, and labor. I would certainly call him again when we need a bid for house repairs or remodel.

I can't say enough about Ben and his employees. I have had bad experiences in the past with other contractors so I am very leery of hiring contractors to do work and I generally try and do things myself to avoid the problems. From time of quote to completion was far quicker than expected and the job looks amazing and Ben kept me informed at every step! I will definitely use Ben and his company for future renovation projects. As the boss he is very communicative with his workers and responsive to calls or concerns during and after the project. He and his guys are cheerful and positive and they clean up after themselves each night. We lived in the house during Reno of the kitchen, dining room and 2 bathrooms and managed to be pretty normal. I found this company on Yelp. After reading the reviews and looking at the pictures of jobs they had completed, I left a message to contact me. Ben called that day and came to meet with me the very next day. I wanted to update my kitchen with new cabinets, countertops and flooring and change out a wall oven and get a full size stove. Ben had some great ideas I hadn't even thought of. He said we could move the counter out to my sliding glass door giving me 24" inches more room. Also to open up the door way to show off my new kitchen. I went for it and am so happy I did! My kitchen looks twice as big and is so light and beautiful. He also made me a built in pantry on one wall, it is just fabulous!! They also gave me new flooring throughout the house. I picked a difficult style (unbeknownst to me) but they did it, it took a bit longer than expected but they persevered and got it done and it's beautiful. His employees are polite, friendly and courteous. I am so pleased. When I get some more money together I will have them come back and remodel my bathrooms. I really liked this company, they were very easy to work with. Ben is honest and does exactly what he says he's going to do. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Very happy customer!!

A few weeks ago, I began the process of seeking qualified contractors for a series of home improvement projects. My concrete tile roof needed to be re-felted, a very old patio needed to be demolished, and a new patio installed. I reached out to four contractors and LBC had not only the best reviews but the best price.
